Let us marvel as we see the miracle…God’s coming…God’s Incarnation…
Jesus can only be seen…through His Word. He is the Word.
The planning, the tracing of each of these letters, has been a beautiful way for me to meditate on Jesus’ coming…this is what Advent and Christmas are all about:
Worshiping our King and Savior, Jesus, and the Father who sent Him.
May His Spirit give us eyes to see and ears to hear.
If you are thinking on buying only one CD of music to celebrate the Incarnation it should be this one, The Word Became Flesh, incredible orchestration, lots of Bible verses, it is just amazing!

Would you like to join me in my new project this week?
I have always liked alphabet books, so I decided to give it a try…I really hope you enjoy walking along with me, and maybe sharing them with your children this week…
My desire is to preach the gospel through this project, to tell about the wonderful story of Incarnation and Redemption. As always, my words may fall, but His are perfect, always enduring, never-failing.
My recommendations for today are two:
A Season to Look Back and Ahead, by Noël Piper.
And this, one of my favorite children’s books, This is not a Fairy Tale. You will just love it, and the illustrations are precious.
Note: I took these pictures late in the afternoon and the colors are not bright, I will try to take some more and change them…
My thoughts and notes…on the book, “The Art of Divine Contentment” by the Puritan author, Thomas Watson.
Thank you for joining me on this journey…
The book is over….life goes on…
I pray that God will find me always content.
Never wanting more…
Always longing for Him.
Never complaining…
Always satisfied in Him.
I am enjoying reading and doing some notes in my red art book…
The book which I have been studying is “The Art of Divine Contentment”, by Thomas Watson.
Chapters 12 and 13
God willing, I will be here tomorrow, to share His goodness, His teaching…
These are my notes on the book I am reading….”The Art of Divine Contentment” by Thomas Watson.
Chapter 11
Contentment must be learned, practiced…it does not come softly, but its rewards are beyond this world.
My heart has been challenged by the words of this Puritan author; letters, words, sentences…all encompasing, all falling like rain, watering my soul.
May god grant us grace to live for tomorrow…
Abiding in Him,
My older Daughter comes to me…”Mom, I just read this, a child from my online school, lost his Dad two days ago…”
We read the news…tears and prayers followed, contentment never comes easy….
So, in a quiet spot of my garden, I took out my book, “The Art of Divine Contentment” by Thomas Watson, my notebook, my markers…a cup of tea and this is what I learned (chapters 4- 10)….
Thank you for joining me as I keep on reading, learning…
See you tomorrow,
