One + One = One
The alarm clock is ringing..
I want you to stay a little bit longer by my side.
Oh, your warmth.
Beautiful marriage.
Our bed.
Our love.
Our story.
Words.
Kisses.
Hugs.
Holding hands.
Late at night.
You and I.
Us.
And this marriage draws us near to our God, our Creator.
It reminds us of the love of Christ for his Church, reminds us of the holiness of a Covenant.
Teaches us about love and love, and love, always love…
This marriage of ours teaches us to die to ourselves, to serve more, to give more.
Our marriage is a great opportunity, to understand more of Him.
One + One = One
Only because of Him.
The beautiful title on this post is an inspiration from Claire…(used with her permission….Thank you!)
I am now reading For a glory and a Covering. A Practical Theology of Marriage, by Douglas Wilson; I really recommend it.

Kelly and Dianne,
Thank you…just remember that the applauses on the title and the idea of the “math” go to Claire, at http://mylifeinapicture.blogspot.com/
I asked her to let me use that “math formula”, and she kindly said yes…
Kelly, its so true what you just said…you made me smile! Here the math goes something like this…
One + One= Six!
Isn’t He wonderful?

Beautiful post! I just found your blog, but I assure you I will be back for more. It is so refreshing when you find other women with Christ centered in their lives.
Blessings,

I laughed at your title. The other night, my husband and I looked at each other and I grinned at him and noted that “One plus one equals one… and two, and three, and four…”
We are counting people in our house, clinging to each other, finding more and more how deep our “one” goes in the ins and outs of this new life we’ve got now.
Thank you for visiting my blog, commenting, sharing here. I appreciate you!
